Services
We provide custom web development, design and SEO services. Deliverables are defined in a project agreement before work begins.
Payments
Indian rupee pricing applies unless quoted otherwise. Most projects use 50% upfront and 50% on launch.
Intellectual property
Final code and designs transfer to you on full payment. We may showcase the work unless an NDA says otherwise.
Refunds
Work-in-progress refunds are pro-rated based on completed work. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses from use of the deliverables. Maximum liability is capped at total fees paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
